According to personal observation, majority of the students at USP use tablets and smart phones to access their teaching and learning resources making the idea of Bring Your Own Device a reality. We live in a world where having a smart phone is a trend and the world are at your fingertips and it has been evolving rapidly. I was inspired in this session upon learning the power of technology in education. Speaking of BYOD, it really elevates the interest of students in learning.  Session 1 - Technology in Higher Education  Session 1 – Technology enabled learning and Future of High Education Session one reflects on the quality of teaching in this digital age. Teaching in this digital age requires educators to adapt into the revolution of eLearning such as basic technology skills and pedagogical practice that align with student centered learning process (Flyverbom, Leonardi, & Stohl, 2016). The higher education system has begun to shift from traditional learning to online learning using various technological tools.
